Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bluechip — the websites, apps, and services operated by Bluechip Collectors LLC (“Bluechip,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Pro, Reserve) are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each term until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and your account reverts to the Free tier. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future terms.

Valuations are estimates, not advice

Bluechip surfaces market estimates derived from third-party marketplace data (such as active and sold listings). These figures are informational estimates only — not appraisals, offers, or financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Actual sale prices vary with condition, grade, timing, and the market. Do your own research before buying or selling.

Third-party services

The service integrates third parties including eBay, payment processors, and data providers. Your use of connected accounts (for example, listing items on eBay) is also subject to those parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or actions you take on them.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, scraping or overloading our systems, reverse-engineering, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to access data that isn’t yours.

Your content

You retain ownership of the collection data and content you add. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the service. You can export or delete your data; see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluechip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on estimates shown in the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
