Shipping
Orders of $20 or more ship free. Under $20, shipping is a flat $4.99. Items ship from the collector’s own collection within 2 business days, packed the way collectors pack: sleeves, protectors, and rigid mailers where they belong. You’ll receive the carrier tracking number by email once it ships.
Arrived damaged, or not as described?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we’ll make it right — a full refund including shipping, or a return label if the seller wants the item back. Condition is stated plainly on every listing (with the collector’s own photos of the actual item), and that stated condition is the standard we hold sellers to.
Changed your mind?
Collectibles are one of one, so change of mind returns are at the seller’s discretion — reach out within 7 days and we’ll ask. Cards, slabs, and sealed items must come back in the same condition they shipped in.
Payments
Checkout is processed by Stripe — card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Bluechip never sees or stores your card details. Every purchase has Stripe’s dispute protections behind it.
